I've had the pleasure of knowing Bill for quite some time and have even purchased a few pieces from him. His attention to detail is second to none and his critical eye leads him to only develop what he feels is worthy of print. Amazing artist.

Sometimes you get really lucky and find someone who is easy to work with, laid back, and understanding. This is rare but usually means the quality and integrity of the person's work is sacrificed to such a degree that the work is essentially sub-par. This is not the case with William's work, and yet so easy to work with as well. Quite simply one of the keenest eyes in this horribly saturated photography industry. In world of wannabee shutter-bugs Bill is easily the real deal.

I've always been impressed by William Self's photography with his keen sense of composition, unique subjects and artistic edge. That by itself would be enough for most people but William also has a knack for writing, graphic design, an appreciation for music and most importantly, a great sense of humour. I won't even mention that he's generous, fair and always supportive of others. Keep producing great work William and keep inspiring the rest of us.

"William Self packs a one-two photographic punch (well, more like a click) of an eye that sees the extraordinary in the everyday and a skillful prowess of how to make his lens create art out of reality."
